The following code creates a text file (c:test.txt) and then writes some text to the file:

<%
dim fs,fname
set fs=Server.CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
set fname=fs.CreateTextFile("c:test.txt",true)
fname.WriteLine("Hello World!")
fname.Close
